The payment deadline for hockey fees was September 15th. This due date was set back in the Spring. There is a large amount of fees outstanding. If your fees are not paid by the deadline your player will not be allowed on the ice. This will be STRICTLY enforced. If you are unable to meet the payment deadline please reach out to our Registrar at sdmharegistrar@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY to discuss your options.

If you are new to SDMHA or have yet to complete the RESPECT IN SPORT PARENT PROGRAM, please keep reading!
Effective the 2015/2016 season it has been a requirement that at least one parent or guardian of a participant of each household at the U7 and U9 levels, regardless whether first, second or third year of participation, and those parents or guardians of new registrants up to the U18 level, must take the on-line “Respect in Sport Parent Program''. ONE parent/guardian from each household must take the online course by October 30, 2022. There is a small fee and it can be paid online by Credit Card or Paypal. We do not reimburse this fee. This is a totally separate course from the Speak Out Course. HEO requires that you must take the RIS Parent Program regardless if you have any other RIS/Speak Out. This is a one-time course requirement. You will not be required to take it each year.
If the program is not completed prior to the deadline dates given, your player will not be listed on a team roster. The parents/guardians of our players represent a key step towards achieving our vision
The purpose of this program:
😊 To foster and develop a culture of mutual respect in HEO and serve as an effective risk management tool as well as contributing to the overall safety and enjoyment of the game by all participants.
😊 A platform of proactive education for each of the stakeholders that have a direct impact on the youth in our game.
You will be required to log in as a new user, and create your account. The course will take approximately one hour, but does not have to be done all at one time. You can sign in and out. At the end of the course you will be issued a certificate that you can print off for your records. You will need to ADD your child to your profile. Once you enter their details, the system will show you if your child is a match in the Hockey Canada Registry system. If you cannot find your player, please let our Registrar know.
Our Registrar will be made aware of each parent that has taken the course electronically through the Hockey Canada Registration system. You will not be required to inform our Registrar once it is complete. Please be respectful of the course and the requirements made by our governing body.
